WHERE STORY
MEETS HEALING
Life can feel like a script you didn’t write. Maybe you’re stuck in old patterns, feeling disconnected from the people you love, or just exhausted by the weight of it all. Whatever brought you here, know this—you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Let’s reframe your story.

Step 1
reach out
Whether you’re nervous, excited, or somewhere in between, taking the first step is what matters. Call, email, or book a session—I’ll take it from there.
How it works:
Step 2
let’s dig in
This is your space to be real—no judgment, no forced positivity. We’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to move forward in a way that actually feels good to you.
Step 3
live with more ease
Therapy isn’t about fixing you (because you’re not broken). It’s about helping you feel more at home in your life and relationships. When you’re ready, you’ll move forward with more clarity, confidence, and connection.
What you need to know:
I’m Shannon, a Marriage and Family Therapist, and I help individuals and couples navigate life’s messiest, most complicated moments—the ones that make you question everything and wonder if things will ever feel easier. Whether you’re struggling with grief, relationship challenges, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are (no pretending required).
Together, we’ll untangle the hard stuff, challenge the narratives that no longer serve you, and create space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. My approach is honest, collaborative, and grounded in real-life strategies that actually make a difference—not just “thoughts and prayers” or empty affirmations. With a mix of support, humor, and honest conversations that actually help, we’ll work toward a version of life that feels more like yours.
